Remote Consultation and Signing Options

As we all know, COVID-19 (previously known as “2019 novel coronavirus”) has changed the ways of life for a lot of us.

At the end of June, the Beaufort City Council passed an ordinance requiring face covers for any member of the  public who enters a public building, including all stores and restaurants within the city limits. The ordinance also requires employees of such establishments to wear masks.

At Lowcountry Legacy Law Firm LLC, our main goal is to provide our services while keeping you and our staff safe. To well serve our clients, we will remain open and staff will follow in accordance with the Beaufort County-wide mandate for wearing masks in public settings.

We also understand the importance of social distancing, therefore we do have the options for phone or Zoom meetings as well as remote signings. We are happy to provide additional information on our multiple consultation and signing options upon request.

We thank you for choosing to work with us to accomplish your estate planning goals!
